One-Sheet Books

These small books are simple constructions made from one folded piece of Hahnemühle Rice Paper. Each uses a unique visual approach to its imagery. Here explores the night, shadow, movement, and layered linear connections. Follow the Sunlight simply demonstrates what I do as a photographer. Mirror reflects our place in the world and our view of its natural elements. Light and Line reveals shimmering light and strong linear elements in four straight photographs and four with altered colors. Obsidian Dome examines minerals in a volcanic landscape of subdued color and strongly detailed texture. Florabunda contains a variety of plants, both cultivated and wild, all in unreal colors. Effects of the Sun portrays radiance as the sun illuminates atmosphere and geometry.

Books are 4.5 to 5.5 inches wide, edition of 5 each. 2022
